   Sia Moon is our founding editor-in-chief. She is a young New Orleans-based writer of black and Buryat descent. Her writing has been featured in the Riverbend Review, Discretionary Love, and Lavendwriter Magazine. She has upcoming work in the Eunoia Review, Chewers by Masticadores, and the 826 National Anthology.  

   If there's one thing Sia loves writing about, it's fruit. Rolling around in the bottom of her poems' grocery bags are persimmons, oranges, grapefruits, and plums. Knocking into eachother are cartons of strawberries and blueberries. One day, Sia realized that there were no literary magazines she could find that were dedicated to the art of writing about fruit. Deciding to dive headfirst into a new project, she created Juice Press.
